Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of steel structure projects. Daily tasks include planning project timelines, coordinating with engineering, fabrication, and site teams, and monitoring progress to ensure milestones and quality standards are met. The role involves managing resources, budgets, and logistics, resolving issues that may impact schedule or performance, and maintaining clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will review inspections, documentation, and compliance requirements, track expediting activities,



and prepare regular status reports. This position requires hands-on involvement at the site, proactive risk management, and a focus on safe and effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials, documentation, and approvals.
- Inspection-related skills for monitoring quality, verifying structural work, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Logistics management skills for coordinating transport, material handling, and site deliveries in alignment with project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Prior experience managing construction or steel structure projects, preferably in industrial or infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
