About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in construction projects to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of civil construction, PEB structures, steel erection, project planning, site execution, manpower management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage construction projects from project initiation to completion and handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage PEB erection, structural steel, civil works, roofing, cladding, foundations, and related construction activities.
- Track project progress, costs, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure proper work allocation and productivity.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
- Resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
- Maintain project documentation,



measurements, reports, and completion records.
- Coordinate final inspection, snagging, commissioning, and project handover.

Required Skills
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and PEB/steel structures.
- Understanding of construction drawings and structural details.
- Strong manpower and subcontractor management.
- Excellent client and vendor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site procedures.
- Ability to monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 4–5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
