Role Description As an Intern at Vallo, you will support the team in day-to-day operational and project activities that enhance the platform and user experience. You may assist with data collection and analysis related to local transportation patterns, help document user feedback, and contribute to process improvements. The role can include tasks such as preparing reports, supporting marketing or community engagement initiatives, and coordinating with local stakeholders under guidance from senior team members.

structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to mobility, technology, and user-centered service design.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in urban mobility, transportation, or technology-driven services, with a desire to solve real-world problems for local commuters.
- Basic proficiency in research, data collection, and documentation, with the ability to organize information clearly and accurately.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with teammates, local partners, and users.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., productivity software, online collaboration tools); familiarity with mobile apps and digital payments is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-evolving startup environment; robust sense of responsibility and attention to safety and user trust.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in a relevant field (such as engineering, business, design, or social sciences); previous internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
