Job Summary: The Project Lead - Service Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and projects to clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, maintaining service quality, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery processes.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

· Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including resource allocation and risk management.

· Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

· Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.





· Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

· Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.

· Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):

· Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, IT, or Engineering].

· Proven experience in project management and service delivery, preferably in [specific industry].
