We're hiring | Project Finance & Financial Modelling and Valuations (2-4 yrs) | Cube Highways Trust

Cube Highways Trust (CHT), is a public listed InvIT focused on the infrastructure in India, is looking for a Project Finance and Valuation professional to join our Capital Raising team.

Location: Gurgaon

What you'll work on

? Project Finance: Term Sheets & Documentation

- Finalise term sheets with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders
- Coordinate with Lenders and rating agencies for resolving queries regarding the portfolio
- Manage end-to-end loan/NCD documentation — sanction letters, facility agreements, security documents, CP/CS tracking
- Coordinate with legal counsel, rating agencies, and trustees to drive transactions to financial close

? Financial Modelling: Lenders & Valuation





- Build lender-facing financial models — debt sizing, DSCR/DSRA, sensitivity analysis
- Build quarterly fair valuation of InvIT assets working alongside independent valuers

What we're looking for:

✅ 2-4 years in project finance, infrastructure finance, or corporate treasury

✅ Hands on experience with term sheet negotiation and loan/NCD documentation

✅ Solid Excel based financial modelling skills

✅ Familiarity with InvIT/REIT structures and SEBI regulations is a plus

✅ CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent
