Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure clarity before execution.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, material planning, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, MIS reports, and progress dashboards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for updates, approvals, and reporting.




- Support procurement and contract management activities as required.

Key Requirements:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in construction/project execution roles.
- Robust understanding of project management, construction workflows, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Experienced in Project Planning Tools (MSP / Primavera Preferred)
- Good Analytical , Problem Solving and coordination skills
- Strong Communication Skills (Tamil Required ; English Mandatory , Hindi is a Plus)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in chennai or nearby locations.
