- Review all GFC / IFC drawings received from consultants for completeness, accuracy, and execution feasibility.
- Verify architectural details and highlight discrepancies with structural, MEP, services, landscape, interior, and other discipline drawings.
- Prepare and maintain markups, revisions, and drawing control registers for site execution.
- Ensure architectural specifications, material selections, and detailing align with project standards, codes, and approvals.
- Prepare and raise RFIs (Requests for Information) for any missing, unclear or contradictory information in drawings.
- Track and follow-up on RFI responses to avoid delays in site execution.
- Coordinate between site execution teams and design consultants for technical clarifications and design changes.
- Conduct periodic technical coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.




- Provide architectural guidance to site teams during execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Participate in site inspections to review workmanship, compliance to drawings, and material usage.
- Support resolution of design clashes, dimensional issues, finishing details, façade elements, and other technical matters.
- Manage and update drawing logs, revision histories, and document control aligned with project protocols.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of submissions for authority approvals / revisions where applicable.
- Suggest value-engineering options without compromising design intent and project quality.
- Ensure architectural quality standards and finishes are met as per design specifications.
