– Program Support Executive (PSE)

We are looking for a Program Support Executive (PSE) to support the smooth execution of Patient Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and enrol patients into the Patient Support Program.

Verify prescriptions and patient documents as per program guidelines.

Create and maintain patient records in the CRM system.

Schedule HCP consultations, device demonstrations, and follow-up calls.

Conduct regular follow-up calls and provide program-related support to patients.

Explain and demonstrate the proper usage of respiratory medical devices through virtual or in-office sessions.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and program activities.

Identify and escalate Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints as per SOP.





Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program execution.

Share approved educational materials and program updates with patients through approved channels.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline, with Science/Healthcare preferred.

Diploma or certification in Healthcare or Allied Sciences is an added advantage.

Freshers with a Science/Healthcare background and good communication skills may also be considered.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Solid coordination and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and telecalling tools.

Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple tasks.

Language Preference

English & Hindi communication skills preferred. Candidates proficient in Telugu, Malayalam, Odia, Kannada, Bengali, or Gujarati will be given priority.
