About The Role

CSR programmes are how Daira reaches districts no commercial motion would ever open.

As Programme

Manager —

- CSR you will own our block programmes end to end: delivery against what was funded, coordination with schools, anganwadis, CRC and BRC structures and the district administration, and the impact report the funder actually reads.

Key responsibilities

- Own delivery and reporting against the funded programme scope.
- Hold the implementation-partner relationship on the ground.
- Coordinate block-level work across schools, anganwadis and CRC/BRC structures.
- Carry the district administration relationship week to week.
- Author the funder impact report, with evidence behind every claim.
- Report coverage honestly — what was reached, what was not, and why.

What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in CSR delivery, public programmes or district-level implementation.




- Experience reporting to a corporate or PSU funder against a signed scope.
- Comfort spending weeks in blocks rather than in an office.
- Respect for frontline workers as colleagues, not delivery channels.
