WE’RE HIRING | PROGRAM MANAGER FOR KRIYA

At Kriya, we’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of an event from confirmation to execution.

This isn’t a desk job.

This isn’t just vendor coordination.

And this definitely isn’t a role where you wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done.

We’re looking for someone who can own the entire execution layer of an event - from planning and vendor management to venue coordination and being the person on ground who makes sure everything comes together exactly as planned.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN• Take complete ownership of confirmed events from planning to execution

- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors across categories
- Manage vendor bookings, timelines and deliverables
- Conduct venue visits and coordinate with venue teams
- Translate approved concepts into detailed execution plans
- Prepare and manage event-wise decor & execution breakdowns
- Build and maintain event timelines and checklists
- Coordinate freelancers and on-ground event staff
- Oversee setup and ensure every element is executed as per the approved plan
- Troubleshoot problems on ground and make quick decisions
- Be the primary execution point of contact during events
- Ensure the event is handed over seamlessly before guests arrive
- Close the execution loop post-event with vendor

→ Understands that events rarely go exactly according to plan - and knows how to adapt

→ Has strong communication and people-management skills

→ Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

→ Has a genuine eye for detail and understands execution quality THE KIND OF PERSON WE WANTIf a vendor doesn’t show up, you find the solution.

If the setup is running late, you figure out how to recover the timeline.

If something on site isn’t matching the approved plan, you catch it before the client does.

If there are 20 things happening simultaneously, you know what needs your attention first.

We’re looking for someone who can walk into an event and think:

“I own this. I’ll figure it out.”

EXPERIENCE1–3+ years of experience in program management, event production, hospitality, weddings or a similar role.

More than experience, we’re looking for ownership, problem-solving ability and the ability to execute under pressure.
