Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a Business Analyst background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, combining strong business acumen with project management skills to help improve FO, MO, and BO operations and align them with overall business goals.

:

- Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the Project lifecycle such as proactiveness, sense of ownership, capability of foreseeing risks/issues, raising red flags in advance and stakeholder management.
- Need to have experience in creating Project roadmaps, SOW/Task Orders/Purchase Orders, financial and effort burndowns, financial projections.
- Strong domain knowledge in Investment Banking with Asset management/Real Assets domain with focus on Data Management/Data Products.




- Experience of creating BRD and FRDs.
- Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate customized solutions to meet business requirements.
- Advanced experience working with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing setting and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and time management.
- Scope of Work:

- Support day-to-day project tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for task updates.
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
- Creative and able to put together presentation for senior management consumptions.
- Assist with meeting minutes, weekly status reports.
- Updated project plans and trackers.
- Maintain Issue and risk logs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM /PMP preferred
