Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. This role includes monitoring production schedules, assigning tasks, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving operational issues in real time.

The Production

Supervisor will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain material availability, optimize workflow, and meet delivery timelines. The position also involves guiding and supporting production staff, tracking performance metrics,



and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Accurate reporting, documentation, and explicit communication with management are key components of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet output and delivery targets.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Production Management, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and quality and safety compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with production staff, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree is preferred, with prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic production reporting tools or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage shift-based operations if required, and uphold workplace safety and regulatory standards.
