Role Description The Production Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Secunderābād, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely output. This role involves monitoring production lines, coordinating with supervisors and operators, implementing production plans, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Production

Officer will track production metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues and reduce defects. Daily tasks also include preparing production reports, supporting staff training on processes and safety,



and ensuring that equipment and materials are available and used according to established standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Manufacturing to manage production processes and maintain consistent product standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Research to support workforce development, process optimization, and problem-solving on the production floor.
- Candidates should possess knowledge related to the Food Industry or similar regulated sectors, with an understanding of hygiene, safety, and compliance best practices.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, industrial production, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience working in manufacturing or processing facilities, ideally in mining, metals, pharmaceutical, or food-related industries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
