Role Description The Production Engineer – Wire and Cable will oversee daily production activities at the Bhiwadi manufacturing facility in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling wire and cable production, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime,



and implement process improvements.

The Production

Engineer will conduct root-cause analysis of production issues, maintain accurate records of output and material usage, and support audits and compliance with relevant industry standards. The position also requires close collaboration with quality and maintenance teams to ensure consistent product performance and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering with experience in wire and cable or related manufacturing environments.
- Analytical skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in Production Planning, including capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Quality Control skills, with familiarity in inspection methods, standards, and documentation for cable manufacturing.
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with shop-floor teams, technical staff, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and other productivity and efficiency improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Comfort with using ERP or production management systems and standard MS Office tools.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in industrial manufacturing settings.
