Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Greater Noida Omicron. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes for power electronics and energy meters run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

The Production

Engineer will plan and schedule production, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor workflows, and resolve process issues to meet delivery targets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, implementing process improvements,



supporting quality control checks, and maintaining documentation for audits and internal reviews. The role also involves close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and production planning for electronic or electrical manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for process troubleshooting, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control, including adherence to standards, inspection procedures, and corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and coordinate with management and shop-floor personnel.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering are preferred.
- Experience in power electronics, energy meters, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety practices, lean manufacturing, and basic ERP or production management software is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Greater Noida Omicron and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
