Profile :- Production Manager

Job Role :-

- Plan, organize, and control the production schedule to meet customer requirements and company goals.

- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring output, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

- Monitor and maintain production equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Manage and train production staff to improve productivity and skill levels.

- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth workflow.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyze performance metrics.





- Control inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work In Progress), and finished goods.

- Ensure proper documentation of production records and adherence to SOPs.

- Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree/

- 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting in Aerosol Industry .

- Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, and quality systems

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
