On the production side you execute. The director writes the prompts, locks the character sheets and approves every frame — your job is to run that direction faithfully and rapid, and to raise your hand the moment something drifts.

On the client side you own the relationship. You speak to clients, keep them warm, keep them informed, and turn conversations into signed work. Many of our clients are overseas, which means clear written English and reliable communication across time zones.

If you only want to sit behind a timeline, this isn’t it. If you only want to sell, it isn’t that either.

Production

- Generate and iterate sequences from supplied prompts and shot lists
- Hold continuity across a sequence — face, costume, lighting, period detail
- Diagnose why a generation failed instead of re-rolling blindly
- Upscale, clean frames, remove artefacts
- Rough-assemble to the shot list and package final deliverables
- Maintain strict file discipline: shot numbering, version control, reference libraries

Clients

- Be the first reply, not the last. Clients should never wonder where their project is.
- Send proactive status updates before anyone has to ask
- Convert enquiries into scoped, signed projects
- Hold a long-term relationship so a first project becomes a third and a fourth
- Write clearly and professionally in English, and keep every commitment in writing

What you must have

- Real fluency with current AI video and image generation tools — enough to hold a character’s face, costume and lighting consistent across a full sequence, and to know why an output broke rather than just trying again




- Editing capability in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- An eye for continuity. You should notice a face changed between shot 4 and shot 5 before the client does.
- Confident, warm, professional client communication — written and on calls
- Obsessive file organisation
- Honesty about timelines. If something will be late, we need to know early, not on the deadline.

Strongly preferred

- Genuine interest in Indian mythology, Vaishnava tradition, or devotional art. Much of our work is sacred subject matter and must be handled with respect and accuracy.
- Understanding of period accuracy — costume, architecture, objects
- Comfort with cinematic vocabulary: anamorphic, focal length, bokeh, colour temperature
- Experience working with international clients

How we work together

This is project-based, not salaried. You earn a fixed percentage of each project’s value — so the bigger the project you deliver and hold, the bigger your fee. The percentage is agreed in writing before any work begins. Half on start, half on delivery.

The first engagement is a single paid trial project. If it works, there is steady, ongoing work.
