Role Overview

As a Product Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Product, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure users have a smooth and rewarding experience across the platform.

You’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring the operational backbone behind our bill-scanning technology, rewards engine, and gaming ecosystem - turning user behavior and operational insights into actionable improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, taking ownership, and improving user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Scan Quality &

- OCR Operations

- Monitor and audit the accuracy of the bill-scanning system.

- Analyze failed scans and identify recurring issues or patterns.

- Coordinate with the Tech team to improve scan approval rates and overall OCR accuracy.

- Track scan-related issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.

Rewards &

- Redemption Operations

- Manage gift card and voucher inventory across reward categories.

- Ensure reward redemption processes remain smooth, accurate, and glitch-free.

- Track and resolve operational issues related to rewards and point collection.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve reward-related issues.

- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the rewards experience.

Game &

- Engagement Tracking

- Monitor the “Play &




- Collect” funnel across 100 casual games.

- Identify user engagement patterns, drop-offs, and performance trends.

- Support reporting and operational analysis for engagement optimization.

- Highlight operational or product issues that may impact user engagement.

User Feedback &

- Bug Triaging

- Handle user-reported issues related to scans, rewards, and gameplay.

- Convert operational problems into clear and actionable technical tickets.

- Coordinate internally to ensure faster issue resolution and improved user experience.

- Track reported issues and follow up with relevant teams until resolution.

- Validate resolved issues and ensure they are working as expected.

Product &

- Operational Analysis

- Monitor key product and operational metrics.

- Analyze data to identify patterns, issues, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and maintain regular reports and trackers.

- Use tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Jira, Mixpanel, Notion, and basic SQL to support operational analysis.

Research &

- Competitive Benchmarking

- Research loyalty, rewards, and gamified commerce platforms.

- Suggest new engagement ideas, reward mechanics, and operational improvements.

- Stay updated on trends in gaming, rewards, and consumer engagement products.

- Benchmark competitors and identify relevant product and operational practices.

Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience in Product Operations, Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or a similar role.

- Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are welcome to apply.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with product, analytics, or project management tools is a plus.

- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
