Role Description

Provide L2 operational support for IAM and PAM environments.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot privileged access management platforms and access management services.
Manage privileged access to enterprise servers, applications, and infrastructure systems.
Perform privileged account lifecycle management, including onboarding, modification, and deprovisioning.
Support Secure Remote Access solutions and troubleshoot user access and connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain access controls based on RBAC requirements and approved access models.
Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, and privileged access-related incidents.
Monitor access activities and support governance, compliance, and access review processes.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Network, Cloud, and Application teams to resolve access-related issues.
Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities in accordance with ITSM processes.
Participate in critical incident troubleshooting and resolution activities.




Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Support audit activities and ensure adherence to security and access control policies.
Coordinate with advanced support teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate access management processes.
