Role Description The Owner role at Adobe XD Perú is a full-time, in office position based in Ranchi. The individual in this role will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, client acquisition, financial management, and team leadership. Day-to-day tasks include setting business objectives, monitoring project delivery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The Owner will coordinate with designers and other staff to align services with market needs, manage budgets and resources, and implement processes that support sustainable growth. This role also involves identifying new opportunities, representing the organization in professional networks, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.




Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with digital design or creative services, ideally including knowledge of tools such as Adobe XD.
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and build an inclusive, performance-oriented culture.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Comfort working on-site in Ranchi and coordinating with local and remote collaborators.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
Prior experience as a founder, owner, or senior manager in a creative or technology-focused organization is a strong advantage.
