Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage and drive the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and business analysis through development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product ownership, business analysis, requirements management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and product documentation.

Candidates with an educational or professional background in BBA, B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or related business domains are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value and product objectives.
- Work closely with development, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Use JIRA to manage requirements, user stories, tasks, and product backlog.
- Work with Figma and design teams to review user flows, wireframes, and product designs.
- Perform data analysis and use product/business insights to support product decisions.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track product progress and resolve dependencies.
- Define and communicate product priorities, roadmap, and release requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on stakeholder feedback, business requirements, and data.
- Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with JIRA.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience in product lifecycle and backlog management.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and using data to support business/product decisions.
- Strong documentation skills, including functional and technical requirements.
- Good project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with an educational or professional background in:

Candidates who have previously worked as a Product Owner, Product Team Lead, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role are preferred.
