Role Description

Cee Bee Design Studio is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Procurement Executive who understands interior products, pricing and vendors, and is confident interacting directly with clients.

The role will work closely with our Design, Estimation and Project teams, taking responsibility for product selections, quotations, procurement coordination and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Attend client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, specifications and budgets.

Assist clients and designers with product and material selections relevant to interior projects.

Source products across categories such as lighting, sanitaryware, tiles, hardware, laminates, veneers, furniture, soft furnishings and other interior finishes.

Prepare and present quotations based on approved selections and project requirements.

Compare vendor quotations, pricing, specifications and commercial terms.

Develop and maintain a strong vendor and supplier network in Bengaluru and other required markets.

Negotiate with vendors on pricing, quality, timelines and commercial terms.

Coordinate samples, specifications and product information with the Design Team.

Maintain proper records of quotations, selections, purchase requirements and vendor details.

Follow up with vendors for timely availability and delivery of selected products.

Coordinate with Design, Accounts and Project teams to ensure smooth procurement.





Identify new products, brands and suppliers and stay updated with interior design market trends and pricing.

Take ownership of the procurement process and proactively resolve vendor or product-related issues.

Experience & Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management or product sales within the interior design / architecture / construction / home-improvement industry.

Graduate/Diploma; candidates with an Interior Design, Architecture, Civil or related background will have an advantage.

Good knowledge of interior materials, products, brands and market pricing.

Experience preparing quotations and comparative statements.

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Good negotiation and vendor-management abilities.

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and maintaining procurement trackers.

Organised, commercially aware and robust with follow-ups.

Willing to travel locally for client meetings, vendor meetings, showroom visits and product selections.

- Should be proactive, flexible and comfortable taking ownership from requirement to procurement coordination.
