Procurement Excellence Specialist

Job Summary

Manage procurement systems and tools, develop and optimize procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and track progress. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Optimize procurement workflows, implement system improvements and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain performance tracking systems.
- Address compliance issues and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in procure to pay, and project management.
- Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization and system management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Openminded/Curios to find improvements outside existing Procurement processes/systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree or certification.
- Experience with Ariba, Coupa, Celonis, Power BI, Sievo, Signavio, Arkieva.

- Competitive in the sense of improvement and efficiency within process and systems.
