Role Description This full-time, on-site Private Banker role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Private

Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored advice across banking, investments, and wealth planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial goals, designing asset allocation strategies, coordinating investment solutions, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role involves originating new relationships, deepening existing ones, and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions across finance, insurance, legacy, and capital needs.





The Private

Banker will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate client documentation, and provide proactive, high-quality service and market insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Financial Planning and Private Banking to design holistic wealth strategies and manage complex client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze markets, select suitable products, and optimize risk-return profiles.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Asset Allocation to construct diversified portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field); skilled certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proven experience in servicing high-net-worth clients, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and respectfully.
- High ethical standards, strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in wealth management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and use digital tools and analytics to enhance client advice and reporting.
