Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Private Banker role based in Mumbai.

The Private

Banker will manage and grow relationships with UHNI clients and families, providing tailored advice on investments, asset allocation, and comprehensive wealth strategies.

Responsibilities include assessing client financial needs, designing and implementing personalized financial plans, monitoring portfolios, and proactively recommending adjustments aligned with market conditions and client objectives.



The role involves coordinating with internal specialists on estate planning, global mobility, and other advisory services, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of client service.

The Private

Banker will also contribute to business development by identifying recent opportunities, preparing client presentations, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong financial planning skills with the ability to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies.
- Solid foundation in finance and investments, including understanding of capital markets and investment products.
- Expertise in private banking, relationship management, and servicing UHNI clients.
- Proficiency in asset allocation and portfolio construction aligned with risk profiles and long-term goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric mindset and high ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze complex financial information, and make sound, data-driven recommendations.
- Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or multi-family office settings, preferably with UHNI clients.
