Role Description The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves designing and developing PCB layouts from concept to production, including schematic capture, component selection, and optimization for manufacturability and reliability. The PCB Design Engineer will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to validate designs, perform design reviews, and resolve technical issues.

Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining design documentation, running simulations and signal integrity checks,



ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting testing and debugging of prototypes.

Qualifications

- Circuit Design and Electrical Engineering skills for developing robust PCB schematics and system-level architectures.
- Analog design expertise for handling power supplies, amplifiers, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Board Layout skills for component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and manufacturability considerations.
- Radio Frequency (RF) design skills for high-frequency layouts, impedance control, and signal integrity in RF circuits.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar) and CAD software.
- Understanding of EMC/EMI, high-speed design practices, and industry standards for PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams on-site in Surat.
