Role Description This is a full-time, in office Printing Machine Operator role based in Faridabad.

The Printing Machine

Operator will set up, operate, and monitor label printing machines to produce printed and plain labels according to specifications. Daily tasks include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing test runs, and ensuring accurate color, alignment, and print quality throughout production. The role involves inspecting finished labels, identifying and correcting defects, and following safety and maintenance procedures for all machinery and hand tools.





The operator will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet production schedules, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in the printing process.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in machine operation and working with printing machinery, including setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience in quality control, with the ability to inspect labels, identify defects, and maintain consistent production standards.
- Practical experience using hand tools safely for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, reporting issues, and following production instructions.
- Prior experience in label printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and follow safety and operational guidelines.
- Basic understanding of color matching, measurements, and reading job orders or technical specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing, production, or mechanical trades is an advantage.
