? Experience: 1–3 Years in medical devices/ consumables is mandatory

Blue Orbit Healthcare is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities

- Source medical devices, hospital equipment, rehabilitation products, laboratory products & consumables.
- Identify and develop relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers across India.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Follow up with vendors from enquiry to delivery and ensure timely procurement.
- Visit manufacturers/vendors whenever required.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain supplier databases, quotations and procurement records.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Has valuable knowledge of medical products

✅ Is strong in research,



negotiation and follow-up

✅ Takes ownership and works with minimal supervision

✅ Is comfortable communicating with manufacturers/vendors

✅ Can manage multiple requirements and deadlines

✅ Has good Excel/Google Sheets skills

✅ Is willing to travel for vendor visits when required

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
