Job Description: Snowflake Engineer
Role Overview
A Snowflake Engineer is responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining cloud-based data warehouse solutions using Snowflake. The role focuses on data modeling, performance tuning, integrations, security, and enabling analytics and BI workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Snowflake data warehouse architectures
Develop and optimize SQL queries
Build ELT pipelines using modern data tools
Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure/GCP
Implement security, RBAC,
and governance
Monitor and optimize performance and costs
Enable BI, reporting, and analytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid Snowflake and SQL expertise
Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Data modeling and warehousing concepts
ETL/ELT pipeline experience
Performance tuning and cost optimization skills
Preferred Skills
