Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO cum paid ads specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing SEO and performance marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue through SEO and paid advertising channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, keyword strategy, conversion optimisation, analytics, campaign management, and performance reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Management
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
Drive growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, qualified leads, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
Manage on-page SEO, including content optimisation,



meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema, and URL structure.
Oversee technical SEO activities, including website audits, crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical recommendations.
Develop and implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
Work closely with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Monitor and improve website authority through effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Track SEO performance and continuously optimise strategies based on data and market trends.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Plan campaign structures, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, and ad creatives.
