Role Description The Time Selling Skilled is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, focused on selling advertising time and space across Kerala Kaumudi’s media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, understanding their marketing needs, and presenting suitable ad time packages that maximize value and reach.



The role involves preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating rates and contracts, coordinating with internal teams to schedule and confirm ad placements, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The Time Selling Professional will also build and sustain long-term client relationships, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular updates and feedback to clients and management.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Good understanding of media, advertising, and marketing concepts, preferably within the print, digital, or broadcast sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and present solutions in a clear, structured manner.
