About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Visual Merchandiser to lead the look and feel of our flagship stores. You'll design displays, windows and in-store experiences that make people stop, notice and stay a little longer and build the templates that carry that same standard across our growing store network. This role goes beyond design: once a display or campaign goes live, you'll track how it actually performed and use that to sharpen the next one. This is a full-loop, hands-on role for someone who wants real creative ownership backed by real data.

Key Responsibilities





Design and execute VM strategy across flagship and key stores — windows, displays, in-store zones, seasonal setups
Build VM templates and guidelines that other stores can follow to maintain a consistent experience
Translate brand identity into physical space across every store touchpoint
Plan and refresh displays around seasons, launches and campaigns
Analyse sales data after major displays or campaigns to see what worked and apply it going forward
Train and guide store teams on maintaining VM standards
Continuously evolve the store look as trends, seasons and stock shift

Requirements

Hands-on experience in retail visual merchandising is required (preferrably footwear)
A sharp eye for detail, space and how people move through a room
Curiosity about the numbers behind the design — you want to know if what you built actually worked
Strong communication skills to work closely with store teams and leadership
