Role Description The Orthopaedic Surgeon will work in office in Nashik, focusing on the diagnosis and management of spine and musculoskeletal conditions in collaboration with ANSSI’s non-surgical spinal decompression team. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic imaging, developing comprehensive treatment plans,



and determining suitability for non-surgical spinal decompression therapy. The role involves performing minor orthopedic procedures when indicated, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will also participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, counsel patients and families on treatment options, contribute to clinical protocols, and uphold high standards of clinical quality, safety, and ethical practice.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in clinical Medicine with the ability to evaluate complex spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
Specialized expertise in Spine care, including diagnosis and non-surgical management of spinal disorders.
Advanced skills in Orthopedic Surgery and Surgery, with competence in procedures relevant to spine and general orthopedics.
Depth of knowledge in Orthopedics as a specialty, including current evidence-based practices and guidelines.
