About the Role
AVGC Studios is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and editing techniques, with the ability to create engaging content for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and digital content.
Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, brand content, and creative videos.
Add transitions, motion graphics, text, sound effects, music, and basic VFX as required.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality videos.
Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and storytelling.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Keep up with current video editing trends and social media formats.





Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Good working knowledge of After Effects is preferred.
Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and sound.
Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
Robust creative sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing skills.

Good to Have
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
Experience editing Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, or branded content.
Interest in AI-powered creative and video-generation tools.
