Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for engaging prospective business customers, understanding their requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at initiating conversations with potential customers. As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, reaching out through cold outreach strategies, and setting up demo meetings for the product team.



Your goal will be to generate qualified opportunities and support the Account Executive (AE) in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with qualified B2B leads provided by the company and understand their business requirements.
Research and maintain the database of prospects - ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers.
Execute multi-channel outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling) to identify and connect with key decision-makers across target accounts.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for educational institutions, training organizations, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, participate in commercial discussions, negotiate business terms, and support the closure of sales opportunities.
