Role Description The Business Development Associate – Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective learners and partners, and presenting Crio.Do’s programs and solutions in a consultative manner. The associate will conduct sales calls and demos, manage pipelines, follow up with prospects, and drive conversions to meet and exceed revenue targets.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and gathering feedback from potential customers to improve offerings. The role also requires participation in events, webinars, and outreach campaigns to expand Crio.Do’s presence in the market.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive presentations and build long-term relationships.
Customer-focused mindset, with skills in consultative selling and understanding learner or client needs.
Proficiency with CRM and sales productivity tools, and comfort working with data to track performance and optimize processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
