About Dog-O-Bow
Dog-O-Bow is a growing pet care brand focused on creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality products for contemporary pet parents. We have built a multi-channel online presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, and are focused on scaling our online business significantly over the coming years.
We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our marketplace and quick commerce business, from day-to-day operations and inventory to advertising, promotions, analytics and profitability.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how online marketplaces actually work and can take ownership of growing revenue profitably, rather than simply maintaining marketplace accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management
Take end-to-end ownership of all existing e-commerce marketplace accounts
Manage product catalogues, listings and product content
Optimise titles, keywords, descriptions, images and enhanced content for visibility and conversion
Monitor product rankings, traffic, conversion and sales performance




Manage pricing, discounts, coupons, deals and promotional campaigns
Participate in platform-led sale events and campaigns
Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and positioning
Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and marketplace sales
Ensure catalogue accuracy and resolve listing/catalogue issues
2. Marketplace Advertising
Manage and optimise advertising campaigns across relevant marketplaces
Plan campaign structures, budgets, bids, targeting and keyword strategies
Monitor ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and other relevant metrics
Identify high-performing products and keywords and scale them
Identify inefficient campaigns and optimise or reduce spend
Balance advertising-led growth with contribution margins
Continuously test and improve campaign performance
3. Quick Commerce
Take ownership of our business across quick commerce platforms.
