Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or industrial products. The role involves business development, pre-sales technical consultation, customer handling, product demonstrations, and technical solution selling, with a strong focus on adhesive product technologies and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong knowledge of adhesive product technologies, applications, specifications, and engineering principles.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Meet prospective customers regularly to understand their technical and business requirements.
Recommend appropriate adhesive solutions and product applications based on customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, institutions, and key decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales consultations.
Support customers with technical troubleshooting and application-related queries.




Build and maintain a healthy project and sales pipeline to achieve business growth targets.
Work closely with the Purchase, Accounts, Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations.
Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, billing, payment-related queries, and customer requirements.
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer updates within defined deadlines.
Regularly travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development activities.
