Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The role is responsible for leading the sales strategy, defining go-to-market plans, and driving revenue growth for Flick Network’s eInvoicing and treasury solutions across target markets. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building and nurturing partner relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, monitor pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs, refine value propositions, and enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B software or fintech environments.
Proven Account Management capabilities, including relationship-building, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation with enterprise clients.
Demonstrated Team Management experience, leading, coaching, and developing high-performing, distributed sales teams.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess pipeline performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in business development within SaaS, treasury management, or compliance solutions is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Comfort working in a remote, cross-cultural environment and collaborating across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
