Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email,



and other channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, service requests, and product-related issues. The specialist will maintain accurate records of customer communications, coordinate with internal teams such as technical support and sales, and follow up to ensure commitments are met. Daily tasks include addressing service concerns, explaining product features and service processes, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and monitoring satisfaction levels. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, suggesting improvements to customer service processes, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience aligned with Epsilon’s standards.
