Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales team.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial requirements, building long-term relationships, generating business,



and recommending appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs.
The role involves both client acquisition and relationship management, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent business through leads, references, networking, field activities, and other business-development initiatives.
Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.
Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
Cross-sell relevant financial products based on client requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client and lead information in the company's CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding.
