? Location: Central Line, Mumbai
? Experience: 4–10 Years
? Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or ITI
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate–15 Days | Max 30 Days

? Key Responsibilities:
• Execute periodic/preventive maintenance of elevators as per safety & quality standards
• Attend breakdowns/callbacks and ensure timely resolution
• Independently troubleshoot elevator issues and complete service calls
• Plan maintenance jobs and supervise subcontractor teams
• Coordinate with teams for spares and components
• Identify spare-parts requirements and support spare-parts sales
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimum downtime




? Key Requirements:
• Elevator Industry Service/Maintenance experience only
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance & breakdown handling
• Solid troubleshooting and customer-handling skills
• Experience with large/high-rise elevator projects preferred
• Good knowledge of drives, safety circuits, voltage & governor functionality
