Role Description The Project Assistant role is a full time position based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Assistant supports project managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities, including tracking timelines, organizing documentation, and maintaining project records. Typical tasks include preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings,



following up on action items with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting in procurement and vendor coordination. The role also involves monitoring project progress, updating status trackers, and helping ensure that deliverables meet quality and time requirements. The Project Assistant collaborates closely with operations, production, and sales teams to support smooth execution of furniture and door projects from planning through completion.
Qualifications
Project coordination and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and task follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools, with strong data entry and reporting abilities.
