About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends and be comfortable working on structured, deadline-driven communication campaigns.
Prior experience working with Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, Government agencies, or public-sector campaigns will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and internal teams for timely content delivery.
Write and review engaging captions, social media copies, hashtags, and campaign messaging.




Publish and schedule posts while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, trends, and conversations across platforms.
Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and digital initiatives.
Track performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and video views.
Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports and presentations.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify relevant trends and content opportunities.
Support real-time coverage of events, launches, campaigns, and important announcements.
Ensure communication follows client guidelines, approval processes, and brand standards.
Coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders for approvals and campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
