As an EBA, you will have the opportunity to identify, build and lead a business as an entrepreneur, while leveraging Eggfirst's existing capabilities, infrastructure, talent and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
As an Eggfirst Business Associate, you will be responsible for:




Identifying and developing new business opportunities / verticals
Developing the business proposition, revenue model and go-to-market strategy
Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients / partners
Leveraging your professional network and industry relationships to generate business
Acquiring and managing key clients and strategic relationships
Building and leading the team required to execute and scale the business
Taking ownership of the venture's revenue, profitability and overall P&L;
Developing strategic partnerships and new channels for growth
Driving the business from idea → market validation → first revenue → sustainable business → scale
Taking end-to-end ownership of the venture and its growth
