Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Manager Accounts & Admin located in Kolkata.

Lead and take full ownership of the Accounts & Finance department
Responsibilities include ensuring proper booking keeping, managing cash flows, preparing budgets and its compliance, performing control functions, and conducting detailed financial analysis.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while managing and mentoring subordinate staff.
Establish robust internal controls and financial governance systems
Drive budgeting, financial planning & working capital management




Ensure 100% statutory,budgeting and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant or Extensive experience in Accounting
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
Experience in Controllership Functions and ensuring regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Finance, Cash Flow management, and Budgeting
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
At least 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate
