Role Description This full-time, on-site Pricing Coordinator role is based in India and supports the commercial and operations teams in delivering competitive and accurate pricing solutions.

The Pricing

Coordinator will review and analyze freight rates and quotations from carriers and agents, prepare tailored pricing proposals for existing and prospective customers, and ensure timely responses to rate requests and tenders. The role includes maintaining pricing databases, updating tariffs and contract rates, and monitoring cost changes to support margin optimization.

and operations to align pricing strategies with market conditions, support negotiations, and help ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to compare rates, evaluate cost structures, and support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, carriers, agents, and customers.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve pricing-related issues, and support long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess sales-oriented skills to support commercial negotiations, prepare persuasive quotations, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess training and knowledge-sharing skills to help onboard team members on pricing tools, policies, and procedures.
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain pricing is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, pricing tools, and ERP or TMS systems is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices are expected.
