Role Description:

As a Principal Product Manager at Teertham, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product lines across our spiritual services platform. You will work closely with founders, design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver user-centric features that enhance booking, consultations, and ritual management experiences. Day-to-day, you will conduct user and market research, translate insights into clear product requirements, manage end-to-end product lifecycle, and track performance using data-driven metrics.

You will mentor product managers, improve product processes, and ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring strong ownership, collaboration, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key Teertham product initiatives.
- Identify high-impact customer problems and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
- Lead product discovery through user research, customer interviews, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Define MVPs, product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and launch plans.
- Work closely with engineering and design to take products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner with operations, marketing, spiritual experts, and business teams to ensure products work effectively across the entire customer journey.
- Build experiences that balance convenience and modern technology with cultural authenticity and trust.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI, personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, and automation across the Teertham ecosystem.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization.




- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize opportunities and make product decisions.
- Drive 0→1 product development as well as scaling and optimization of existing products.
- Manage product trade-offs across customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and execution timelines.
- Create clarity across teams around priorities, requirements, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Mentor and guide product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.
- Develop product processes, frameworks, and operating mechanisms as the organization scales.

Experience:

- 8+ years of overall experience in Product Management, with significant experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
- 3+ years of experience owning product strategy and leading cross-functional product initiatives with significant business and customer impact.
- Proven experience taking products through the 0→1 and 1→10 journey, from problem discovery and MVP definition to launch, iteration, and scale.
- Experience owning product roadmaps and working directly with senior leadership/founders on product strategy and prioritization.
- Strong experience working with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and business teams to deliver products end-to-end.
- Experience building or scaling consumer internet products, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, travel, healthtech, content platforms, or other high-scale digital products is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products, recommendation systems, personalization, conversational AI, or agentic workflows is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and experience improving metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, repeat usage, and monetization.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, funnels, cohorts, experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven product development.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth and ambiguous startup environments, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers and influencing cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.
- Experience working on products for Indian consumers or culturally nuanced products/services will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product management,



including defining product vision, building roadmaps, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Strong skills in user research, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure product performance.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and design teams, translating business and user requirements into clear specifications and deliverables.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Background in consumer technology products; marketplace, platform, or service-focused products experience is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience with other product professionals or cross-functional team members.
- Familiarity or interest in Indian culture, Hindu rituals, or spiritual services, with sensitivity to diverse beliefs and practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed setting, with strong time management, accountability, and collaboration
