Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Specialist role based in Bengaluru South.

The Presales

Specialist will engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored construction solutions and project proposals. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing estimates and technical presentations, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and supporting sales meetings and site visits. The role also involves responding to inquiries, preparing documentation and bid responses, maintaining accurate presales records, and contributing to continuous improvement of presales processes and tools.

Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to project onboarding.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess project feasibility, and support accurate cost and timeline estimations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, deliver persuasive presentations, and prepare professional proposals and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to conduct needs analysis, recommend suitable solutions, and collaborate with sales teams to close opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly to client queries, manage expectations, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Relevant experience in construction, real estate, or related project-based industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, conduct client meetings and site visits, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, slide decks); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in presales or technical sales.
