Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Pre-Sales Business Analyst collaborates with the sales team to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and map customer needs to docEdge and bpmEdge capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements discovery sessions, preparing solution proposals, creating process diagrams or use cases, and delivering product demonstrations tailored to client workflows.

The role involves supporting RFP/RFI responses, documenting functional specifications,



and coordinating with product and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product strategy. The analyst also gathers client feedback from pre-sales engagements and helps refine product positioning and sales collateral.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Business Analytics capabilities to interpret client requirements, workflows, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, requirement elicitation, and documentation of functional specifications.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present solutions, and prepare clear pre-sales documentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills, including solution selling support, understanding of sales cycles, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; experience in enterprise software, BPM, or DMS is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple client engagements, and use tools for process modeling, documentation, and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with regulated sectors like NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Government are beneficial.
